1. Overview

Last Updated: 30 December 2025

Welcome to Social Cashouts. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

In these Terms, "Social Cashouts", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the platform operator. "You" and "your" refer to any person who visits, creates an account, posts, buys, sells, or uses the Services. These Terms replace any earlier version of our terms, rules, or policies.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (available on our website). We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher).
  • You must be legally permitted to use online marketplaces and to send/receive payments using supported methods.
  • We may restrict access where required by law, compliance obligations, or risk controls.
  • We may require identity verification (KYC) and additional documentation to unlock certain limits or features.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at support@socialcashouts.com.

4. Marketplace Basics

Social Cashouts is a marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, we are not a party to agreements between users.

  • Buyers create lawful jobs/orders, define requirements, fund budgets, and review submissions.
  • Sellers complete work honestly, follow instructions, and submit valid proof or deliverables.

Buyers and Sellers are responsible for agreeing on scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Disputes should be handled through the platform tools.

5. New User Guidelines

If you are new, treat your first tasks like a trial period. Work carefully, do not rush, and aim for high-quality submissions. Early performance helps build trust and may unlock better limits or opportunities.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited on Social Cashouts:

  • Illegal or harmful content: unlawful, violent, sexually exploitative, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or unsafe content.
  • Fraud or deception: fake proofs, altered screenshots, recycled evidence, misrepresentation of identity/location/eligibility, or dishonest payment behavior.
  • Abuse of others: harassment, threats, blackmail, doxxing, sharing private data, or demanding bribes/free work.
  • Feedback manipulation: trading payment for reviews, threatening negative feedback, or coordinated rating schemes.
  • Multi-accounting: creating or operating more than one account per person.
  • VPN/Proxy/Spoofing: VPNs, proxies, emulators, location spoofing, device spoofing, or automation intended to bypass targeting, limits, or security checks.
  • Geo violations: performing country/region-targeted work when you do not genuinely match the requirement.
  • Spam & malware: unsolicited advertising, bulk messaging, malicious code, phishing, or interference with the platform.
  • Money-movement schemes: using the platform to move money under false pretenses, inflate balances, launder funds, or create fake transactions.

7. Conduct & Communication

You agree to communicate professionally and honestly. You must not disrupt the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

We may moderate content, remove listings, limit messaging, or restrict accounts to protect marketplace integrity.

8. Job & Service Posting Rules

Social Cashouts may reject or remove jobs/services that:

  • require excessive repetitive actions without fair pay,
  • encourage forced engagement (e.g., ad clicking, refreshing, manipulation),
  • request payment credentials (bank logins, card details) or require Sellers to pay to work,
  • request fake reviews, impersonation, or deceptive conduct,
  • require off-platform communication or off-platform payment,
  • involve prohibited content or high-risk activity that undermines user safety.

9. Payments, Wallets & Fees

We may offer balances such as Spendable, Earned, and Pending/Hold (names may vary by feature). Rules depend on region, feature type, and compliance requirements.

  • Fees: Fees may apply (posting, featured placement, withdrawals, processing). We show applicable fees before you confirm a transaction.
  • Approvals: Sellers are credited after Buyer approval or after an auto-close window where enabled.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals may require minimum thresholds, verification, and risk checks. Some credits may be non-withdrawable.
  • Chargebacks/Reversals: If a payment is reversed, we may deduct amounts from balances or apply holds while investigating.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes associated with your activity.

10. Refunds

Deposits are generally intended for spending on platform services. Where refunds are available, they may:

  • apply only to unused amounts,
  • exclude processing fees,
  • be limited by time windows and payment method restrictions,
  • be denied where fraud, abuse, or legal restrictions apply.

Current refund options and requirements (if available) are shown in your Wallet and support pages.

11. Holds & Freezing of Funds

We may temporarily hold or freeze funds when we detect suspicious activity, when verification is incomplete, when disputes are open, or when required by law/regulatory requests.

Funds may remain on hold until review is completed. We may request additional documentation or clarification.

12. Privacy

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We may retain information for legal compliance, security, and fraud prevention.

13. Intellectual Property

Social Cashouts and its branding, design, code, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse platform content without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Social Cashouts a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You confirm you have the right to post any content you upload.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Social Cashouts WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO Social Cashouts FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Third-Party Services

The platform may link to or integrate third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Your use may be subject to separate terms.

17. Disputes

Use platform tools first (messages, revisions, disputes). If a dispute escalates, our team may review evidence and platform logs and make a final decision for marketplace integrity.

For legal disputes between you and Social Cashouts, the governing law and venue depend on the legal entity operating Social Cashouts and your location. We recommend obtaining independent legal advice where required.

18. Enforcement

If you breach these Terms, we may take actions including warnings, removals, limits, holds, suspension, or permanent closure. Serious violations (fraud, repeated abuse, money-movement schemes, or safety risks) may result in immediate closure and reporting where required.

19. Termination

You may request account closure through settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risk, or legal reasons. Certain obligations may survive termination (including enforcement and compliance-related retention).

20. Complaints

If you are unhappy with support handling, you may submit a formal complaint. Provide your ticket number, summary, and desired resolution. We will acknowledge complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe based on complexity.
